Register your return

Would you like to return a product? Simply register your return using the form below. After submitting your request, our customer service team will review it within two working days. Once approved, you will receive a return label and clear instructions for scheduling a collection appointment by email. You can return your order up to 14 days after receipt.

Please note: Was your product delivered damaged? If so, please contact us at cs@potterypots.eu and include clear photos.

We charge the following costs for returns:

€6.95 for packages under 10 kg and maximum dimensions of 50x50x50cm
€15 for packages between 10 and 30 kg and maximum dimensions of 100x100x100cm
€30 for packages over 30 kg and larger than 100x100x100cm
