Accessibility Statement

At Pottery Pots, we believe it is important that everyone can use our webshop properly, including people with disabilities. That is why we continuously work on improving the digital accessibility of our website in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, as required under the European Accessibility Act (EAA).

This statement applies to the B2C and B2B webshops of Pottery Pots within the European Union and the United States.

Current status

The Pottery Pots webshop is currently partially compliant with the WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines. This means that many parts already meet the requirements, while some improvements are still needed.

The assessment is based on internal reviews and a technical accessibility analysis.

Areas for improvement

We are working on, among other things:

• improving colour contrast for text, buttons and labels;
• clarifying interactive elements such as buttons;
• optimising forms and parts of the checkout to improve usability for keyboard and screen reader users.

These improvements are being implemented step by step.

Our approach

Accessibility is an integral part of our design and development process. We carry out regular checks and consider accessibility in new developments and updates.

Where necessary, we work together with our technical partners to implement improvements.
