Shipping
Orders placed on business days before 12:00 EST time are shipped within 3 working days. The average delivery time is 3-8 working days, depending on the product and destination.Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive by email:

- A shipping confirmation with track & trace
Ordering and tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code from the carrier by email. With this code, you can easily follow your package. You will immediately see the expected delivery date and time window.Not at home at the time of delivery? The courier will try to deliver the package to your neighbors.
