24-40 hour workweek

Pottery Pots is an international fast growing B2B company based in Hazerswoude-Drop and Burlington (New Jersey, USA). We sell trendy design pots for indoor and outdoor use, worldwide. Our customers include florists, garden centres, home furnishing stores, interior designers, project builders, wholesalers and gardeners. As an internal service employee you work from our showroom and also head office in Hazerswoude-Dorp and you will end up in an informal, cozy but hardworking team.

You are an important link within the company. You are not afraid to take the lead and lay easy contact with customers, representatives, other departments and your closest colleagues. Work in hectic situations and ad hoc activities do not scare you off, but rather give you a kick to get there get more out of it!

Duties and responsibility

Assisting the accountmanager

Answering and maintaining inquiries by telephone and e-mail

Requesting and passing on correct information about the status of orders and stocks, item information, prices and brochures

Creating quotations, entering customer orders and maintaining the customer base

Helping with the preparation and organization of (inter)national fairs
