How do I know if an item is in stock?
When you are logged in, you can see per item whether it is in stock or not. These numbers are indicators of the actual stock.
An item will only be reserved for you after you have completed your order. If an item is very popular, it may still be available when you place it in your shopping cart, but sold out by the time of payment/completion of the order. Should an item not be available, then we will let you know as soon as possible after you have placed your order. We are happy to look at possible alternatives with you, or can inform you of the new delivery date.

Can I order an item that is not in stock?
Unfortunately, items that are not in stock cannot be ordered through the online shop yet. If you would still like to order the item, contact our staff by sending an email to email@example.com or by telephone +1 609 438 9050. They will be happy to order an item for you.
Can I also buy in bulk?
If you would like to serve your customers directly yourself, then it is possible to order in bulk.
We offer you the opportunity to purchase items per container. If you would like to know more, our staff would be happy to advise you. They can tell you all you need to know about the possibilities and conditions and are happy to help you with putting together a complete container.
