From our warehouses in Aalsmeer (Netherlands) and Burlington (New Jersey, USA) we ship throughout Europe and America and the rest of the world daily to deliver the goods to you and your customers.
The minimum order amount and shipping costs vary by region. Under the minimum order amount, an order cannot be completed. You will be notified if you have not yet reached the minimum order amount. You can always request the minimum order amount, the free amount and the shipping costs.
The shipping costs depend on the delivery address. For delivery to certain regions, we were able to determine free shipping amounts. This means that when an order exceeds this amount, the shipping costs will be on our account. If this amount is not reached, a percentage of the total order will be charged as order costs.
Yes, we have already taken the processing- and shipping time into account. If you place your order before 15:30 the first possible date will be shown. If you wish to have a different delivery date after this date, you can choose this yourself.
Please keep in mind that your desired delivery date is always an indication. We work with external carrier and depend on their planning. We will do everything we can to keep this date as a guideline, but we cannot give any guarantees.
Yes, it is possible that one or more products in your order are not immediately available. Without any notice, we will deliver everything when possible and partial deliveries may therefore occur.
Delivery depends on the planning of the carrier. We can take delivery days into account,
but unfortunately, we cannot make agreements or make commitments regarding exact delivery times.
We work with external carriers and therefore do not (yet) deliver in all countries. For countries to which we do not deliver there is the option of having to goods collected by a transport organized by yourself.
Our external carriers can also only get to places that can be reached with a large truck with trailer.
Some articles have transport restrictions, so they are not available in certain locations. If this is actually the case, we will of course inform you and we will search for a suitable solution.
No, we do not delivery to islands (with the exception of the UK and Ireland). When you order from an island we will contact you about the possibilities of getting the goods to you. A possible solution could be to have your goods delivered in the closest harbor.
We do not deliver orders to private residential addresses, PO boxes and limited in city centers. Our carriers only work with large trucks with trailers and therefore cannot get to every address. If you want to order something and you are unsure about the possibilities, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will discuss the options with you.
Yes, that is possible. You can place an order in the webshop and choose whether you want to pick up the goods yourself or arranged by a carrier of your own choice.
We offer two types of pick-up options.
1) Customer pick up - you choose to collect the goods yourself. It is important to know the goods will not be packed on a pallet, so they can be loaded directly into your car.
2) Carier pick up - you choose to arrange a carrier yourselfto collect the goods. The goods are therefore put on a pallet so they can be easily loaded into the truck.

You can pick up between 9am and 5pm. It is recommended to announce your arrival so that we can ensure that your order is ready and you do not have to wait.
