The minimum order amount and shipping costs vary by region. Under the minimum order amount, an order cannot be completed. You will be notified if you have not yet reached the minimum order amount. You can always request the minimum order amount, the free amount and the shipping costs.
The shipping costs depend on the delivery address. For delivery to certain regions, we were able to determine free shipping amounts. This means that when an order exceeds this amount, the shipping costs will be on our account. If this amount is not reached, a percentage of the total order will be charged as order costs.
Yes, we have already taken the processing- and shipping time into account. If you place your order before 15.30 the first possible date will be shown. If you wish to have a different delivery date after this date, you can choose this yourself.
Please keep in mind that your desired delivery date is always an indication. We work with external carrier and depend on their planning. We will do everything we can to keep this date as a guideline, but we cannot give any guarantees.
Yes, it is possible that one or more products in your order are not immediately available. Without any notice, we will deliver everything when possible and partial deliveries may therefore occur.
If the items are in stock, an order (after you have received an order confirmation from us) will be shipped within 2-7 business days. If your order or part of it is not immediately available, we will clearly communicate this to you by means of the order confirmation.
Delivery depends on the planning of the carrier. We can take delivery days into account, but unfortunately, we cannot make agreements or
make commitments regarding exact delivery times.
Some products have transport restrictions which makes them not available for certain locations. If this will be the case, we will inform you and find a suitable solution.
No, we do not deliver to islands. If you order from an island we will contact you about the possibilities.
We do not deliver orders to private residential addresses, PO Box addresses and we are limited in city centres. Our transporters only work with large trucks with trailers and therefore cannot reach ever location. If you still want to order but you are unsure about the possibilities, feel free to contact us and we will discuss the options with you.
Yes you can. Goods can be ordered on the webshop and, after placing your order, you can choose whether to come and collect the goods or want us to organise transport.
We offer two types of pick up options.
1) Customer pick up - here you choose to pick up de goods yourself. Importantly, the goods are not packed on a pallet, so they can be loaded straight into a car.
2) Carier pick up - here you choose to arrange your own transporter to pick up the goods. With this, the goods are prepared on a pallet so that they can be easily loaded into the truck.
Pick up can be during opening hours as mentioned below. However, it is required to announce your arrival upfront so that we can ensure that your order is ready and that you do not have to wait unnecessarily.
